Cryogenx’s product is Cryosuit, a compact, lightweight body cooling solution for heatstroke, designed to be used in any scenario. Matt Anderson, the founder, specially benefitted from the business support being a design graduate.
Plus X supported Cryogenx with the development of a physical prototype and testing protocols, in order to secure R&D funding for future product development and testing.
Cryogenx went on to secure £800k of grant funding and grew their team to 7 people. They are now working on applying their product in the military, sports and healthcare sectors.
